No rating system on your form so decided that 5 was excellent and 1 was poor since your first. They have always taken excellent care of my car and I at this location and I have sent them friends and family because of it.

Sam was very kind and knowlegable. I didn't have an appt. but he got my car in. The wait time was minimal. I will def return. The service reps also did a great job.

They were pleasant and finished on time. Older gentleman seemed a bit confused and lost my coupon but still honored it. Would come back. They did a good job. And I appreciated the free oil change coupon they gave me when i brought my husband's car in for our 1st visit so I brought in my car 2 days later.

Friendly staff and patched my tire up quickly. Best part was it was free of charge. Will definitely return for all my future tire needs!

Just want to say a huge thank you to John for helping me find the tires best suited for my car based on me traveling for work. He took the time to explain different tire options and the best price range for me. They didnt have the tires I needed in stock, however John ordered them when i was standing there and set me up with an appointment for the next day! Sam was amazing as well. He contacted me the morning of my appointment to let me know my tires were in and confirmed my appointment. When I arrived john checked me in and told me he would call me when it was done. They called me within the hour. Super quick and efficient. Sam then helped me check out and helped me through the payment process for the 90 day sane as cash option. Single mom here so such a blessing! He explained that process to me further as well as the warranty on my car. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, honest and efficient! Not to mention great personalities, hard to find in customer service anymore. They got a forever customer out of me.10/10 I would recommend.

I had a better experience than I thought I would. The guy that helped me kept me informed about my truck the whole time I was there. He spoke to me about my tires I was getting, what wheels may look good on it, and he even showed me that one of my wheels were bent. I believe the experience was more personable because he told me he had a tundra too. He hooked me up with the $50 mail in rebate and the store manager helped me out with ordering a wheel cap for my truck which I didn't think was possible. Overall I had a great experience. I felt like a priority here. I wished I lived closer so I could get more of my services done here. I know I'll be back though.

I came in for a noise in the rear of my car and was informed of some needed repairs. Thanks to them my wife and grandchildren will be safer now. I didn't realize my tires were that warn out, Thank you very much. Oh, and that noise I came in for, GONE. It was "driving" me crazy.
