Big O Tires

Needed a tire and for a brand new tire I got a better deal anywhere else for just a used one...lee did a awesome job about giving me the prices over the phone and when I arrived the tech there also did awesome I was in and out plan on going back for oil change

They were pleasant and finished on time. Older gentleman seemed a bit confused and lost my coupon but still honored it. Would come back. They did a good job. And I appreciated the free oil change coupon they gave me when i brought my husband's car in for our 1st visit so I brought in my car 2 days later.

Folks there were friendly, knowledgeable, and did a good job fixing my car. I was very pleased with the results.

I had a better experience than I thought I would. The guy that helped me kept me informed about my truck the whole time I was there. He spoke to me about my tires I was getting, what wheels may look good on it, and he even showed me that one of my wheels were bent. I believe the experience was more personable because he told me he had a tundra too. He hooked me up with the $50 mail in rebate and the store manager helped me out with ordering a wheel cap for my truck which I didn't think was possible. Overall I had a great experience. I felt like a priority here. I wished I lived closer so I could get more of my services done here. I know I'll be back though.

Twas two days before Christmas, and all through the land. All the tire stores were busy to beat the band. With a slow leak delaying my anointed route, help I would need no doubt. thanks big O

I was on a tight schedule. The front office didn't waste my time with silly offers or other enticements. They got my car in on time, out on time, and fixed, per the warranty, without a struggle. That doesn't happen often in any. retail situation. Nice job

Once again Lee and the guys rendered Five Star customer service. I will be bringing my car back when my tax refund deposits for more work. It is actually refreshing to be treated like a customer. Good job guys!

I was treated kindly and the service was speedy. My van was waiting for me when I returned to pick it up. I was also give a coupon for a free oil change on my next visit.
