I was very pleased. Everyone there is great. They estimated my wait time right on the money. Even told me if I needed to run some errands I could because it was going to be about 45 minutes before they could get my car in. Thanks

Would not honor the 45000 tire warranty allegedly because of a lack of rotation.... tires were 15 months old with 21000 miles on them

I spent over 1k within a 2mos time span. I stopped by and asked just to check my tire pressure because you all had just rotated them and the pressure should have not been so low. The guy told me he would charge me $19 which is ridiculous. I will not spend

They treated me like family and showed me areas on my tires that put me at risk of a blowout. They not only had tires sent to the shop but provided services right at the shops closing hour.

They told me I needed 2 tires and was going to charge me $288. I went to Discount Tires and they told me that my tires were fine and did not need to be replaced.
