This Midas is horrible! The Manager is always grumpy or sleep and the techs take forever on an oil change! I will NOT be coming here again

My time at Midas was horrible! I came in for a simple oil change and that lasted two hours! I asked the Manager why my oil change was taking so long and he had the nastiest attitude! I was not impressed

The attitude of staff. Improved customer service and explanation of options. Cleanliness of the waiting room and restroom. Painting in wait area is bad and the chairs were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Televisions were off but, the heat was on.

Labor was very expensive... I don't think they calculate labor correctly. The communication was TERRIBLE. I asked them to let me know when it's ready for me to pick up. I asked them to send over the details/forms via email, they said they did. I never got it. I asked numerous times, nothing. I called and asked if my car was ready 3x. last time, they said "umm we don't have your car here".. WHAT!?... then finally he said "oh we found it".. what is he talking about! how can they lose a car!? they shouldn't scare customers like that. but positive thing about this place is the location and they were QUICK.

I would’ve liked more communication from staff on the condition of my vehicle and the service that was done. I still don’t know if I got conventional oil or a blend, I didn’t get a sticker or any communication about when I need to come for an oil change next, and the staff overall seemed tired and not very interested in helping me. They appropriately serviced my vehicle and the price wasn’t bad, but I’ll probably be looking somewhere else for next time.

Took 7 week for repairs that I was told would take three weeks. Car was returned undriveable and cost me over four thousand dollars to make my car driveable again.

Brought my car in multiple times. Oil changes were fine. Brakes were absurdly expensive even when paired with getting new tires to save on the exorbitant labor charges. Air conditioning repair has been a COMPLETE FAIL. I will be bringing back for the third
