Big O Tires

We needed a set of tires. The type of tires we needed were of a special size and cost more than normal. The Manager shopped for the best tires with cost being a factor. We also needed a front-end alignment. In addition, we needed a tie rod. We were kept informed at each step. The work was professionally done with a personal touch.

My left front tire kept going down so I decided to stop at big Os as that is where I bought them and they got me right in and got it fixed right away. They are always so nice at the Yukon store.

This evaluation is for the Yukon store only. The Mustang store is to slow I don't know why anyone would use this store.

I was very pleased after calling to request a specific tire, they told me they could get it for the next day. They followed through on the request and put my tire on quickly the next morning when I arrived.

I went in for an oil and filter change. It was free due to purchasing a set up tires prior. I did have them replace the air filter as they called and said birds had been building a nest in it. They are always very friendly there and do a great job.

I came in with a slow leak in a tire, I was greeted and they took my keys and checked my car. Within 15 minutes, my tire was fixed and I was on my way. I always have this same good service!

Excellent service. Spent time showing and explaining what needed to be done, wasnt necessary and what could wait. Reasonable rates and excellent work.

I brought my truck in to have new weels and tires put on it. Big O did a fantastic job and Blake was very knowledgeable in knowing exactly what I was looking for. Thanks guys for doing such great work!!

I was losing air in one of my tires. I took the vehicle in after work and they repaired the tire and had me back on the road within 1/2 hour. Also there was no charge

Awesome speedy honest service.

Purchased 4 new truck tires using a current promotion from Big O. The installation went quick (in and out in an hour) and they "trained" the air pressure sensors for each tire without having to remind them. Overall, one of the best tire purchases I've ever had. Good Work!

The guys at Yukon store are always friendly and helpful. And fast.

I went in to see about a problem with the front end of my mini-van. The problem could have been as a result of a repair about 10 days earlier. It was corrected quickly and completely.
