Big O Tires

Speedy! I figured I would be there a while. Was very pleasantly surprised.

I went in on 11/11,2015 for a regular service. The service was completed quickly. I didn't even have time to finish my newspaper.

Got new tires for our daughter's car. Fast and professional. Super nice staff!

We have always been pleased with the people and service. They are very friendly, and they get the job done in a timely fashion.

Branden helped me work out a Road hazard warrantee issue, and I left the store with complete confidence about my tire purchase and Road hazard warrantee.I feel I have purchased one of the best tires on the market and with Big O's service they will last me a long time. Branden went all out to take care of this and I do appreciate it.

We came in to get the tires rotated, but also our vehicle had developed a bad vibration while we was driving there. Told them about it and upon checking the tires the noticed 3 of the tires was out of balance. They took the extra time to get the tires balance correctly, rotated them and off we went. And NO more vibration. Thanks Guys!!! Job well done.

I purchased tires for my 2000 Toyota pick-up, the tires were installed much quicker than I thought they would be and I was on my way.

I would never use another tire store for tires or tire service. The service writers and the technicians in the shop are the most pleasant and knowledgeable I have ever found. Yukon Big O you rock.

Just got an oil and filter change this time but asked to diagnose a problem.....it was done at no charge. Good job again from Big O

It was very pleasant. I was actually surprised at how quickly they were able to take care of my car's maintenance. I had forgotten to ask them to check on my wiper blades, since they worked so poorly when I was driving during the last rain storm we had. And they brought that to my attention, that the wiper blades needed to be replaced . So I was very thankful for their help. They are always extremely helpful and friendly when I go into this store & will continue to do my business there & will recommend this store to everyone. Sincerely, Angie McGuire

Great service! Fast, and went the extra mile to get the special product I requested. I'm new to the area and will definitely be using these guys!

This location continues to set the standard for good customer service. I am shopping for tires now and sincerely hope I am able to find the tires needed at this Big O location. Would consider another set of Big O Euro Tours, but every set I buy seems to come up with an issue. Craig has always stood behind the product, but is hassle for him and me to resolve quality control issue that should be resolved in manufacturing process.

I was leaving town and had an issue with a tire. They were able to get me in and out so I could get back on the road!

I came in because my suv was making a noise. They got it up on the rack in a few minutes, saw the problem was an easy fix and made the repair. No charge. Big-O is the place to go!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They made sure to call me to let me know about further work that needed to be done and work was done very promptly!
