I had rotors fixed (shaved down). Then about 15 or 20 thousand miles had to get them replaced. Felt like I had to pay more for something that should have been fixed right the first time. I did get discount on replacing front rotors because of the mess. Customer service was good but didn't feel right about the repair the first time

Found me a decent deal on tires, scratched up my rim.Took until guys came inside from break before I got helped to pick up car.

Not only did I feel as if I was treated as dumb when I came in, but it feels as if they took advantage of me. After picking up my vehicle, I went right across the street and got a quote for the same maintenance at half the price. Came in today for tires and an oil change, was told the oil change could be done but I'd have to leave the car over night so I decided I'd nix the oil change to take it somewhere else they called and told me my breaks needed to be replaced and since that needed done they could do the oil change too. Oh and I know you guys didn't change the oil filter because I bought the O'Reilly's brand when I did the oil change last so needless to say I'm not coming back. Guess that what I get for going to a big name store vs a mom and pop operation.

I've been coming to this store for about 25 years. It's the only place I go to for tire needs or minor maintenance.

ROAD HAZARD WARRANTY DOES NOT REPLACE THE DAMAGED TIRE. I STILL HAD TO PAY FOR ANOTHER TIRE WHEN IT HAD A SPIKE IN IT NEAR THE EDGE OF SIDE WALL, LESS APROX 23,000 MILES. I GUESS IF I HAD A TIRE NEAR THAT DAMAGED AT 50,000 MILES THE ROAD HAZARD WARRANTY WOULD NOT BE WORTH HARDLY ANYTHING.

Great job in and out quick and was surprised with free rotation every 5000 miles. Thank you

I'm very disappointed with Big O from this visit. I had rec'd an oil change and tire rotation and I inspected my vehicle when I returned to my home. I found the dip stick was not seated to the filler tube. If I hadn't checked this, i could have driven the next six months to a year while my engine sucked in moisture and dirt in my engine thru the filler tube.

Don't trust these mechanics they broke 2 lug nuts off my tire and didn't tell me. They won't fix it
