Big O Tires

While I am normally very pleased with this location, so much so that I come here for all my auto needs, this visit was a little disappointing. My wife brought our car in this time to have the oil changed aND check the alignment as our front drivers sid tire was wearing abnormally. Upon returning to pick the car up she saw that the drivers window was down. She looked inside to fine the keys sitting in the cup holder. Anyone that may have noticed could have stolen our car with ease. She also observed the drivers side window tint had been scratched. Again, we love this place so much that we are on a first name basis, however, this visit could have resulted in serious consequence.

Went to have slow leak ck'd .. Great service.. Wait time short as I was on the to work..

I've been taking my vehicles to Big O Tires for several years now.Their service is thorough and quick.

After getting new tires on my truck my steering wheel is now off center. I was told at 9:50am on 29 April by the desk clerk (long beard, black and gray hair) that putting on new tires could not have changed the steering wheel position (impossible was the word he used). I would have to pay to get it fixed. I have been trading in this store for more than a decade and have never had a problem like this.

Good quality work, communication, and the best thing is they didn't try too hard for the dreaded UPSELL.

They treated my wife as if she was a dumb blond! Tire rotation and balance ended up with two stripped studs! They blamed the BMW dealer where last service was preformed. No charge as they said they could not do anything. Later discovered they did balance our wheels. Offered to put on new hub for $450. They lied to my wife, screwed up two studs and blamed someone else! POOR, Poor, poor!!!

They were fantastic. They greeted us as soon as we walked in and were pulling my car in within 5 minutes.

I had to contact Michelin customer service on a warranty issue with a new Jeep that purchased in June of 2017. Michelin customer service contacted the Big o Store in Yukon ok and had me go over there to have them take a look at the tire that I was having trouble with. The manger did not even want to contact Michelin customer service so that they could make a decision on if they would help me replace my tire. The customer service was texting on there cell phone as they where trying to help me. Once they looked at my tire they where very rude on that I did not buy the tires from them and there was nothing they could do...... for me. so I called Michelin customer service back and they called the store to see what was going on. They where rude to that guy also in trying to help me. clearly that did not want to process a warranty or take the time to do so... Poor customer service.. Michelin as agreed to help me replace the tire.. So we have found somewhere else that is way more helpful than this Shitty store.

store & the service was great. The wait time was not bad. The people where very friendly. Will keep coming back

Went to get my car aligned. They caused more damage than I had before.

I've used them for 5 years, and have taken several vehicles to them, and have been happy every time.

If you know nothing about cars don't go here because they will tell you that your car "needs" something when really it's just an option. I was told that my car NEEDED synthetic oil and I have no clue so I said okay (recently got a new car and have no idea). Also made it sound like they "took care" of my tire rotation which is supposed to be free anyways. So I spent $85 on what was supposed to be a regular oil change because the wanted to just get money out of me. Since under new management the service is horrible and they NEVER used to tell me to get something done if it wasn't necessary. Never going back here.

We had new tires put on this weekend. They were fast, polite and professional!

The guy on the phone tells me one thing, my wife goes into pay was told the stuff i didnt need done was actually recomend. They left my next oil change sticker off so i have no clue when my next change is due. WILL NOT BE BACK.

Had them put four tires on my truck. The mechanic told me he broke off a lug nut because it was cross threaded. He lied to me, he broke off two lug nuts off my tire and didn't tell me. Thanks for putting my life and my families in danger!

I was very pleased with assistance I received in making a decision on tire brand.

Took my car in today an when I picked it up my prescription was gone...manager said one guy pulled it in an one worked on it and a different pulled it out, an the service tech that worked he stated left for the day but returned while I was still there . I would not recommend this place of business to anyone since it is ok for th employees to steal from customers and the manager does nothing about it. Think I will return with the police maybe then we will get this issue resolved!

Ed & the rest of the staff were so friendly & helpful. Very fast service.
