Big O Tires

When I arrived to pick up car they had replaced the wrong tire. The individual working on car had a bad attitude when told about the mistake and continued to work on tires while throwing around tools and debris. Very bad attitudes. Both rim's that were worked on have scratches. All we were offered for our bad service was a sorry.

I took my car in to get the wheels aligned. The first time they tried to align it they said that there were no problems, but after driving it I noticed that it was now pulling to the right. I took it back, they blamed it on tire wear (the tires were replaced when they aligned it the first time) and said that they made a minor adjustment in the front. It still pulled to the right, so I took it back again and they said that they made a ton of adjustments and that they could not adjust it anymore and that I needed to take it to a body shop to get the castor fixed. These people always have a different excuse and don't seem to know what they are doing at all. Now I am having to take it somewhere else to fix all that they have screwed up on my car!

Both times I have gotten a oil change they haven't put a sticker telling milage

The number one is not low enough to accurately convey the incompetence and lack of professionalism of this place. After ordering tires the day before my appointment, and calling 30 minutes before I arrived as directed so they could "Be ready for me", I left work to drop off my truck and was told there were 2 customers ahead of me, but they would get to it as soon as they could. They then told me they would give me a call when they were finished. I walked to get some lunch, and after an hour and a half I called to see how much longer it would be. I was told my truck was ready, and walked back to pick it up. As I approached the front door I saw that my truck hadn't moved from where I left it, and the old tires were still on it. I asked the man at the front desk if they had gotten to my truck yet and he assured me they had, but after trying to retrieve my keys he realized they in fact had not even began yet. Instead of apologizing and getting to work on my truck I was told that they were really busy, and there were 4 customers ahead of me. I explained that I still had to go back to work, and wondered how such an error could occur. The same line of "We are really busy" was repeated, and no apology much less offer to appease me was made. They may be wizards when it comes to tire installation, sadly I'll never know, but when it comes to customer service, communication, and the ability to effectively use a clock, these guys are beyond incompetent and I cringe to think of them operating a vehicle, much less working on them for others. There should be an option to give a negative rating as 1 is not a low enough number. Check out Discount Tire or any other tire retailer if you need service, or hire a hobo that works for a pint whiskey, as that is still a better alternative than patronizing Big O.

When i brought my car in for 4 new tires the employee stated that my car will be done in 45 min. I asked if there were any shops near so we can grab something to eat quickly while we waited for our car to get done. we walked next door to grab something to eat and we came back 40min. later and my car was still in the same parking spot that I parked it. I sat in the waiting room for another 2+ hours waiting for my car to get pulled into one of the stalls. The waiting room was dirty. there is a difference of being picked up and cleanliness. it was NOT clean. i am very very disappointed in communication and false time. I was never offered a alignment which i went else where to get.

This store has always done an excellent job! Will continue to take my business to Big-O.

Don't trust these mechanics. They broke off two lug nuts off my tire and only told me they broke one. They lied and then wouldn't fix it. Now I'm stuck with driving a truck that is dangerous .

Dear owner Craig, I am very impressed with your store manger Arthur,Big O did some work for me,the later I had trouble with my tires I purchased,I called Arthur: he said come in I will fix it,so I bout my truck to Big O,Arthur took care of everything and no problem. I mean I was ready for him to tell me hit the hiway,but no Arthur,said it is took care of! I had my truck in the shop for a tire repair. As usual Brandon and Ed took care of me with a friendly smile. I have old vehicles so both of them know me by name. I truly trust them which is critical for me and rare in your industry.
