Dear owner Craig, I am very impressed with your store manger Arthur,Big O did some work for me,the later I had trouble with my tires I purchased,I called Arthur: he said come in I will fix it,so I bout my truck to Big O,Arthur took care of everything and no problem. I mean I was ready for him to tell me hit the hiway,but no Arthur,said it is took care of! Arthur did fix it,I am not just a happy customer,I want to tell everyone about this place to do business,they really back up what they say and warranty there products! They always do a great job

I was needing front tires, called Big O, and they had several choices in the size I needed. It was after 1:00 PM when i got there. They got me in as quick as they could, but did not have time for an alignment. I was able to get back to store, a few days later, was there at opening time, I was going to need to leave at noon, The man doing the alignment, had to almost replace most of the front end parts, and then align it. He said he would have it out before noon. At noon , I was going down the street, to my Dr. appointment. Getting all the work done, in that timely fashion, was great, since I drove approx. 90 miles. Thanks, to the guys at the front counter, the men who mounted my tires, and the man who worked so hard on the alignment process.

i picked up a nail somewhere in one of my Big-O tires and the guys just took care of the flat. That simple. If I had to gritch then it would be that they had already cleaned the coffee pot by the time I got there. But, leave them alone about it because it was like 10 minutes till close, I don't normally drink coffee, AND THEY TOOK CARE OF WHAT WAS IMPORTANT! Coffee won't ever get a nail out of a tire. These folks are my tire people. I'll be back, to buy more tires when these wear out if not before.
