Horrible! Sent my wife to get oil change and rotate tires per manufacturer recommendation and indication on car digital dash. They refused to rotate tires saying it was not necessary despite indicator on car display and car has 15k miles without first rotation! Will NEVER take car there again and would not recommend anyone to go there for any services they offer!

Worst experience, waited 2 hours and 30 min for oil change with appointment.

Midas was able to diagnose my issue and replace the part within two hours. I would go back for any car issue.

Midas failed to complete the alignment and still charged me. I had told them that another alignment shop had just charged me $110, told me $300 more to do a complete alignment with camber adjustments. Midas said $79 to adjust everything camber, caster, and toe. 1 hr later couldnt adjust the camber without drilling the hole in the knuckle wider to allow adjustments, that would be an additional 2-3 hours labor. I found that they could ordere a couple of camber adjustment bolts for under $20.

He told he filled the water in the wiper tank bit it was not done..and h charged 8.5 dollars extra more than the groupon coupon price . I would recommend him to tell that before taking the car for service..54.99 plus 8.50 so there was no coupon or discount involved was more than regular price for a synthetic oil change..
