Brought wife's car in for an oil change after an unsatisfactory experience at the dealership where we purchased it. It's 11 years old. I'd noticed it was leaking a little oil on the garage floor recently. The dealership told us the turbo assembly needed replacement for a price of $3000. Midas said it's only the valve gasket which will cost less than $300.

The General manager Rod Campos went above and beyond to help me. He scheduled my appointment and made sure I was taken care of upon arrival to my departure. He had always taken care of my car as well as my husbands and other family members too. He is wonderful.

Fast, professional and efficient.

I was told it would take 3 or 4 hours to fix my car. i was about 10 minutes late for my appointment which was at 10 am. I was back home before 1 pm. I was prepared to wait there all afternoon. that it only took aprox. 2 hours was a big surprise.

"When I walked in, all the techs were busy working on cars and asked how long it would take to perform alignment due to prior commitment. The manager was able to accommodate a tech and within 10 min he drove around and came back with the cause. Waited anot"
