I was literally at the gas pumps broken down-the guy (David I think-he was great) from Midas came over and jumped off my car-I went over & within minutes I was back on the road with a new battery. He even showed me the battery level print out. Saved me a l

the GM at midas named ROD gave me a great experiance, he eplained other problems with my vehicle that needed to be fixed sooner then later. It was all the engine and trans mounts and the rack and pinion Rod gave me a price for all the work and he can see the look on my face knowing it was high he then said let me see if i can do something with the price, he went back into his office, worked the numbers and came out with a different price and we both agreed on it and they srarted working on the car the next day. i thanked him and his workers so much and toldhim for now on ill only bring my vehicles to his shop.

My visit at Midas was a good one and I was treated good. My car is riding quite now.

The staff is very friendly I've never had a problem with them the only place I ever take my car to is Midas

I received a call to confirm my appointment. Dealer never did that. I was informed that the check engine light was on. I did not notice that. The code was scanned and I was told the results of the scan. I was given the opportunity to bring the car back for further inspection. I was told that I would be needing tires soon. Last March the dealer said I needed tires immediately. The dealer was trying to pressure me into buying tires. Midas gave me the info I needed to determine when the tires should be replaced. It seems that Midas is more honest in their dealings with customers. I will be returning to Midas.
