I called ahead because I was looking for a place to bring my car and the reason I chose Midas was because the lady who answered the phone was very kind and helpful to me on the phone. Then when I arrived at the shop the staff and I'm assuming the same lady who I spoke with on the phone was very welcoming, kind and professional!
