Service was great. This was a return trip. Wrong tires were installed initially. Four regulars tires were installed that should have been the more expensive run flat tires (which is what was purchased). Facility explained tire manufacturer was the cause of the confusion. In the end Adam did a great job correcting the situation.

Adam, did a good job explaining in detail as to what needed done, he told me price up front. After getting a price of 250.00 for the work needed done, I was shocked to end up paying 500 plus because the mechanic working on the car exhaust broke both Oxygen sensors and needed to be replaced. After paying for the repairs and leaving two days later I get a check engine light come on, took to garage and found out the mechanic had failed to replace the exhaust gaskets on manifold. Adam was upfront about needed service. My wife was upset though about people in the waiting area NOT wearing face coverings. The same of Adam. Part of the time his mask was hanging off of his chin. Other times the mask was over his mouth but not his nose. We are both immuno-compromised and were upset about possible virus exposure...

My truck had a big issue with the front wheel bearings and every local mechanic shop said they wouldn’t be able to “take a look” at my truck until a week later. I really needed my truck since it’s my daily drive truck everywhere. I came across Midas and the service member Sean, immediately said coke in right now and we’ll get your truck serviced and ready for pickup within a few hours. I went in Friday morning at 9:30 am and was out by 12 noon. I am very satisfied with the amount of work they completed in such a short time.
