Service above expectation. Great job guys.

I've been a loyal customer of Midas for over two years now, consistently visiting their Lake Worth location. During this time, I've bought tires twice, along with getting an oil change and new brakes installed. Whenever my SUV had issues, instead of heading straight to Mercedes and facing exorbitant charges, I relied on Midas for their diagnostic services. The staff at Midas has always been professional and friendly, making each visit pleasant. In fact, when I swing by this Friday for another oil change, I plan on treating them to lunch as a token of appreciation. It's important to note that my motivation for sharing this experience isn't the watch being offered, but rather my genuine satisfaction with Midas' service.

I have been bringing my car to midas in Lake worth for several years because I am an older single woman and everyone in that location has always been very helpful and understanding if I have a problem or just need service. They are very trusting and helping. I feel safe with employees at this location even though it is not close. I would not take my car any place else. Jordan especially takes good care of me along with the others.

I only have one thing to express that I believe should change. I am allergic to the plug ins that give off a fragrance and had to wait outside. Just remove those because so many people have the same problem.

I came in with a used Mini-Cooper I bought 3 months ago that had a slow like in the drivers side rear tire. Took it in for a tire inspection. In 15 min, they took me into the garage, with the car on the lift and pointed out all the problems wit all the tires. Two hours later I left with a new set of tires and it now rides like a new car with a lot less road noise.
