I've been dealing with this Midas location for at least 15 years, the manager and mechanics know my truck well. They respect me and know that I'm not an idiot when it comes to working on my truck. They explain things to me instead of talking down to me. For the most part they do excellent work, sometimes they fall short, but not often.

Kieth and associates always do a professional timely job on both of our cars. Great shop!!

Employees with respect and kindness, and from a conversation that I heard while waiting for my car, they went the extra mile for a young customer that came in, and needed a new tire, so that he could get to work. I have been going to this Midas location since around 2011 and have had nearly all service completed there (with exceptions being that I was out of town, had to go to dealership, etc.) I have always found that the pricing is very transparent and that the people working there are helpful. My experience has so good that I do not go to other locations, even though they are closer or less busy.
