William was very courteous and my car was taken in right away even though I was 25 minutes early. William called when my car was finished and said I could pick it up any time before 6 PM. I paid with a Midas coupon and was very pleased with the price.

I took my 2013 Ford Focus in to Midas after the door latch failed and I had to bungee the door closed. The Ford dealer had already told me they couldn't do squat for me so I went to see Midas. These guys spent over an hour-and-a-half diagnosing the problem
