Excellent service!!

I have taken my vehicle to Midas a number of times. I am always informed as to what is being done and why. The associates are very knowledgeable and friendly. They are people that I can trust and that is a BIG thing for me (being a woman) The repairs/service is done in a timely fashion and they are not far from where I live. Thank you.

The service manager, Sal, was so nice to me. Sometimes, service people talk down to women, but he never did. He talked about his family, his move and his health. It was appreciated.

My cars check engine light came on so I set up an appointment for service. It took a few days to fix my car but that was ok. Staff was friendly especially Paul. Everyone did a great job and I am very satisfied.

I love this location. Everyone is so nice, personable, and willing to explain and work with you for any reason. I never feel pushed into a sale. I know they are going to do it right and gets upset when they see other mechanic shops have done the work wrong or priced the job/parts way too high. They genuinely care for their customers safety and wellbeing.

I had fast and quality service I will be back soon.

I called to enquirer about an oil change. The phone was actually answered by an extremely nice lady.. I asked if I needed to schedule a appointment and she told me they could accommodate me right away.. Everyone was extremely helpful. The customer service was excellent, they completed my oil change and tire rotation promptly..
