As previously stated, I received a quote for front shock absorbers on my truck. They broke it down showing price for parts and labor. Finally, we scheduled a convenient time for me to have the work done. I arrived at the designated time, and the job was completed faster than I expected. The technician made a point of showing me the underside of my vehicle while doing a check to see if there were any other visible problems. After paying my bill I left and was on my way home, when I received a phone call telling me that I had left my water bottle. I appreciated the call and went immediately back to get it. Most other places would have just thrown it out but I thought it was good that I got called instead. Thank You.

I brought my car in for an oil change and for them to change a headlight and brake light. I told them that when I made the appt AND when I checked in. When I picked up the car I even asked if there were any issues with changing the lights and they said no.

The team was friendly ND efficient. Part had to be ordered ,and when it got there ,they made it a priority to get me back on the road. I really appreciated that.

I talked to the manager (told to me by him) about his own car while he was on vacation. The conversation was full of curse words and he was very arrogant. I truly hope that Mark is not the manager. He was quite condescending to my assistant.
