9.99 oil change made appointment quoted $41.75 what a scam

Everything was precise the overall experience was great, communication was wonderful with the writer and I totally satisfied

Very disappointed. None of the staff was following CDC guidelines. Not wearing masks or putting on gloves when service tech got into my car to drive it in and out of garage to perform oil change. They allowed customers to enter reception area without wearing masks. I made an appointment for my service a week in advance and I still had to wait for nearly two hours for a simple 10 minute oil change. Probably will NEVER return.
