Good morning all in all i was very satisfied and gave me alot important on tires and it was very understanding Jay was very helpful and so was the rest of the crew they showed me what was going on awesome job well pleased

Jay was the service advisor. turns out we needed rear pads, rotors, shocks. Jay explained the problem, had us wait while NAPA delivered parts in about an hour, and installed the parts on the same day. Our car rides very smoothly and braking seems very good now. WE also had synthetic oil change so air filter, serpentine belt battery was also checked. Jay explained each step of the way, alternatives and costs.

Counter employee (Jairo) was very friendly , explained the repairs and helped to find me a discount on the work that was performed. Was honest and up front with what service needed to be completed.
