"Staff was friendly and efficient. The only reason there isn't a 5 star is the up-selling, not only to myself but the others that were waiting at the time as well. I appreciate that they didn't make it sound catastrophic as some places do. "

I recently had my oil changed and had to go back 2 times for them to fix things they missed. They didn?t add windshield fluid. Also didn?t calibrate my tires after rotation which made my censors go off. Disappointed.

Generally good but was not taken in until almost an hour after appointment time. Was approximately two hours for a simple service. People were friendly though.

They put a remanufactured power steering pump on and the bill was around $700. This seems really high, but they were the only ones who could do it on a Saturday, and my son needed the car to drive to school on Monday. I went to pick the car up and there were greasy handprints all over the fenders. I don't mean there were fingerprints, I'm saying I could see these from 50 yards away. Then, when he goes to school on Monday the pump goes out and there is a puddle of fluid on the ground.
