I needed a car inspection done and found my first visit to Midas in Monkey Junction very nice. The people at Midas were friendly and accomodating to me and other customers. The waiting area was very comfortable with their big leather chairs!E. Davin * www.

"Staff was friendly and efficient. The only reason there isn't a 5 star is the up-selling, not only to myself but the others that were waiting at the time as well. I appreciate that they didn't make it sound catastrophic as some places do. "

WENT IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE. WAS TOLD CAR NEEDED WHEEL ALIGNMENT. SERVICE PERSON EXPLAINED THE PACKAGE AND SHOWED ME WHY I NEEDED THIS SERVICE.HAD IT ALL TAKEN CARE OF. EVERY ONE WAS PLEASANT AND ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS I HAD.

Generally good but was not taken in until almost an hour after appointment time. Was approximately two hours for a simple service. People were friendly though.
