The assistant manager, Lyndsey, was extremely professional and courteous. When I made the appointment online, she called and asked if I could come early. She explained the necessary maintenance and why it was importance. I felt like a valued customer; other shops I’ve been to in the past, that is not always the case.

MJ and the A1 mechanic working with him today provided me with above-average (and above my expectation) service in repairing my leaky exhaust system!

Repair was completed promptly and the quality of the work was very good. The technician who did the work pointed out a likely need to deal, at some future point, with a crack forming in the exhaust manifold, but there was no attempt to sell me on anything which was unnecessary ( a problem I have experienced elsewhere).
