Phenomenal customer service and works fast

My car is supposed to have 7.5 liters of oil but the mechanic only put 5.5 liters in the car. After driving for 1/2 mile my oil engine fill light came on. I had to take car back. Also, I did not have the mileage input into the system, so there is record of me getting oil replaced but no record of mileage. Lastly, this Midas usually gives me a printout of what was checked, and what might need to be re-placed. No such printout, no idea how much left on braking pads. Washer fluid not filled.

I am loyal to them because they always take care of me and my family. Even when they make a mistake they own up to it and make it right the best way possible and it?s good quality work.

Did not like the service did not do everything

Midas is great. I can drop my car off at lunch and pick it up after work. Front brake work and oil change. Prices were more than fair. They?ve actually taken care of my elderly granny?s car needs for a while and shown her such kindness. I highly recommend

It took an hour for a scheduled oil change/tire rotation. Nobody was moving with any sense of urgency.
