I went to Midas with a small problem - the bolt which holds the belt which holds the muffler in place came off.Simon fixed it and General Manager Sean McGovern did not charge me. That's GOOD customer service.

The front office professionalism keeps me coming back.

Great job getting multiple repairs done in a day. Did have to leave it overnight but they made sure a crucial part made it to the shop to get me on my way when I needed it. Eddie and Sean were great in making sure I got on my way correctly.
