Midas and their team do a great job with my vehicles every time I bring them in, they explain what has to be done, what should be done and what we can wait in. Pricing is reasonable and service is top notch.

Midas in Danbury, Connecticut is where I go for Midas service. Mike, who is the Manager, is extremely friendly and he explained everything to me regarding the repair needed on the exhaust system. I was checked in by an associate named Coldwell (?) and he was efficient and pleasant. The associate, Don, who worked on my car was a delight and very personable. He gave me 'tips' that I didnt know about the car and he even gave me a lesson in adding oil to the car on my own, if needed. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience. Excellent Customer Service!!! Thank you, guys!
