I have 2 comments; The photos which were forwarded to me showing the inspection contained some kind of brake measurement tool but I was unable to understand how to read it. I would prefer that a tool be used which more clearly shows the thickness of the pads/disc. Also (and this is clearly not the associate's fault) the checkout progress takes WAY too long entirely due to the service writer having to complete page after page of forms on his screen. There has to be a better way.
