Great service, will go back if needed

I was nervous when I saw the staff was new. I have been using Cottman location for over 10 years. Kudos to Jordan! He was excellent. Great customer service. Made me feel comfortable.

Fast and reliable service

I have been a Midas customer for sometime and love the customer service that is given as well as the honesty and hospitality that given at the establishment.

The records are wrong was just oil change only

I have been a repeat customer with Midas for a number of years and have gone through about a 1/2 dozen management changes at the location.. new manager Jordan is every bit of the exemplary person that I've seen at Midas over the years...along a good staff continues to provide top quality service period why would like to see prices lower. I understand that there's nothing that can be done with that location, and it's not a reflection of the location. They care for The vehicles that come in and they certainly show compassion for their customers and try to do or they can to accommodate the customers as much as humanly possible While it's sad to see, mark and lou depart to different locations and new experiences, I am happy with jordan bean at this location. He and his staff, especially in that are nothing but beyond exemplary in what they do, and how they conduct their business and relationships if they foster with their customers!!!

Awesome team. In , and out in less than two hours. My car is running great!! I will return.

I was able to schedule the appointment on the phone with no problems at all. The person who attended me was friendly and gave clear instructions. I was able to drop off my car and pick up at my convenience once they were done. They explained what was found on my car that needed replacement.

"Took my car in because the ""service engine soon"" light stayed on. The sensor went bad. They ordered a new part and installed it with no problems. It fixed the issue and they did it all in a short amount of waiting time. I highly recommend Midas to anyone w"
