Both of my headlights went out and I called multiple places in the Billerica area to get it fixed in my lunch break and Midas was the only place that answered. I was extremely happy with how well the two gentlemen who helped me resolve the headlight issue. They went above any beyond and completely exceeded my expectations of an automotive repair shop. I will 100% return to this location!

Professional advises during the service and options to fix other problems. Not pushing and appreciating customers choices.

In the last visit, I asked for sound fix that was coming from steering rod while moving the vehicle in the parking lot. They said its a break issue and replaced the things. But it did not fixed the sound and I had mentioned this in current visit and manager gave me deal to fix the issue and I am glad that issue is resolved now.

Fixed wipers last time but it was not working because of issue in the pump. Replaced the pump.

Bought package for oil change plus all I got was oil change nothing else.

Staff was great, work was done quick and I was very satisfied.

They took care of the oil change but did not do the tire rotation which was included in the package.

When I got my oil changed, they said that they’d use synthetic oil, which my car normally takes. However, they only used the synthetic blend, which I would not have preferred
