My wife brought in my son's car for an oil change. And she said the mechanic on duty that worked on our car was not a pleasant man. They said they could not rotate the tires for some excuse.

Great staff, Took care of my mechanical issues, fleet vehicle so everything else was handled behind the scenes.

New oil leak after oil changed. Fixing ASAP.

The owners Brian and Michelle were extremely friendly and accommodating. I came in for an oil change and Brian noticed I needed a coolant flush and was able to take care of it same day.

All the staff are polite and very professional! But the Billerica MA location had a bug infestation and could sure use a pest control application. That was making a lot of people uncomfortable waiting for their vehicles.

second time happened to me with Midas, they don't do Tire rotation unless you remind them 1000 times

It was last minute but I was able to get a spot and they finished the service really quickly.

I had sound issue in steering rod, Midas said its break problem and replaced the break related things. But later it turned out that Issue was not related to break as I was still experiencing the sound.

As a former mechanic I usually change my own oil, as I do not trust most places to change my oil. I was impressed how quickly they picked up the phone and booked my appointment. I called the day of the appointment and again they quickly pick up and was able to accomdate a earlyer time. I arrived and was greeted nicely, they toke my information and I sat down and they toke my car in early than the set appointment time. This location is organized and clean. They recomended tires for my Jeep and showed me all my options avalilable to me. Oil change was fast and I was out before I knew it. I aprreciated the service greatly as a former mechanic I know how unpleasing a oil change may be. Thank you for the great service and the follow up text asking how everything went. I will be going back for sure.

First Appointment available tomorrow or the next day for a Basic Oil Change. Go to leave and see employees just sitting around doing Nothing but Playing on Phones.Maybe Previous Management Was BETTER!!!!!!

These guys are so friendly and really go out of their way to make sure you understand what needs to get done to your vehicle. They do the work promptly and right the first time .

The took me in on an emergency and helped me right away and i did not have an easy job for them. They where extremely friendly and courteous. Amazing.
