I was actually pleasantly surprised at how clean and welcoming the lobby was. They were busy when I walked in for my appointment and both attendants looked up and greeted me with a smile and said they would be with me in a minute. I am a New Patient intake coordinator at my office and this was exceptional service. When told I need an extra service they understood my reasoning why I was going to hold off without pleasure. Just wanted my power steering rack fixed. I dropped my car off planning for a 2 day fix. They proceeded to order the Same wrong part 3 times in a row then they had to have it rebuit. They then proceeding to install it wrong and now when I turn i constantly

The staff is so friendly, they take the time to show me and explain what issues my car is having and what needs to be done to correct it. There is an estimate provided before any service is even started.

I was highly satisfied with how quick it was to get in for my appointment how friendly they were even had snacks and water and it was kind of warm out the boss and his son and wife was very very friendly very talkative they had the television on and it was nice seating area and it was clean and spacious I really truly enjoyed my experience there they made me feel like I was at home.
