My daughter had the work done. I knew I needed Front brakes & Rotors 53,000 miles but not sure about rear only had 21,000 miles. no way to check after the fact. Got 2nd opinion on the quality of the work and the material it passed with flying colors

smooth transaction. I made 2 visits and both were completed within 1 hour. The first was for a muffler diagnostic to order parts. The 2nd was for the actual work on the muffler replacement.

Had a noon appointment which I dropped off my car and when I went to pick up my car on my lunch break the car still was not looked at . Had to wait 40 minutes . Totally ridiculous

This place has proven to be honest and accommodating when I have been desperate and in a bind. Bonus is that there?s a Crate and Barrel and a Home Depot next door to browse in while you wait. The manager is awesome!
