I have been going to the Southington Midas location for quite some time now. My first service visit, I met the store manager Mark who impressed me with his friendliness and outgoing personality. From that day I have used this store to maintain and service both our vehicles. Mark and his team make each visit fast and easy, always explaining any service needs that might arise from routing maintenance. I appreciate the willingness to take the time to listen to my concerns and then thoroughly check out my vehicle. What brings me back to this Midas is the fact the employees are never pushy with their customers to spend money, money, money on our vehicles! We’re informed of what is needed, this costs associated, any deals available, financing options, and a time frame before our vehicle is going to be in major trouble. It’s a rare practice and needs to be continued. It is simply the reason why when I was informed my front brakes were near the end of their life, I said “go for it” today. Heck, I KNOW I totally could’ve stretched those brakes for at least another 6 months easy. Been there, done that. However, the Midas employees are terrific and personable, and I absolutely believe them to be honest.
