I have been charged about 10 dollars extra for some kind of entertainment fees. I never heard about it before. Other oil change companies only charges for taxes. I never go there.

They unplug cables to create engine check sign then charge you diagnostic fee and probable replacing parts cost. Easy way to make money for them but your life could be in danger if you decide not to do the inspection and try drive home back.I took my 2016

I went in for a coolant flush where they encountered a problem with the radiator hose. The manager showed me the issue and clearly explained it and handled the matter in a very honest and professional way. The complete job was done that same day.
