As a long term customer from Louisville, Ky, I'm glad to have BigO tires for my automotive needs.

Thank you Honoring the problem that I was working on at the Shop on Callahan Road when they closed. Everyone at your shop at Old Cedar Bluff were very nice to see. I will be using your shop for my oil change and tire rotation from now on..Thank you again .

The store is very clean and organized, including the bathroom, the staff is absolutely great and the service and work is excellent. I have been extremely pleased each time I go to Big O Tires, and plan on going to Big O for all my auto service needs.

Very kind in the store, was in and out very quickly which was good for me. Will definitely continue taking all my automotive needs to this store.

This is about the 3rd time I have visited Big O's Tires and I must say their customer service is top-notch! I feel comfortable there and they haven't tried to push me into purchasing additional services that I haven't asked for. They will definitely get my business again!

I purchased tires, brakes and oil change. Wasn't satisfied with original tires purchased. They ordered and replaced a set of Michelin's with no hassle. Couldn't ask for better service.

The manager and staff were extremely helpful and the service was quick and accurate. We will definitely be moving all our service to Big O Tires on Cedar Bluff!!!

After having some work done at another Big O store I felt that something wasn't quite right. This store is as close as the store that did the original work but much easier to get to. Every one involved, from front desk to the technician who looked at the car was friendly, answered my questions and worked quickly to resolve the problem. They quickly made a couple of minor adjustments, explained what they had done and I was back on the road. I should add that there was no problem with the original work. It was just a matter of new parts needing to get adjusted (worn in).

The guys here always do a good job. They have earned our business. Be back soon.
