The best customer service ever!!!!!!

I really enjoyed the service I got, the only part I was not happy with was the tech got in my car with his greasy oily hands and everywhere he touched had his marks on it. But other than that It was good.

I noticed sign regarding quick oil changes and stopped to inquire. The oil wss changed in anout 35 minutes! I asked if I could return in an hour for same services on my wife's car? Damon said yes, and I knew my wife's car needed new tires too. When I returned, I had priced tired at Sam's club and Big O had four tires for less with more months on warranty! I'm satisfied with Big O and shall return.

Everyone at Big O's is extremely nice. I will never go anywhere else for car repairs or tires.

I went in for an oil change and repair of a tire, while there they found the belt was worn and the brakes were badly worn. I had them do the repairs and oil change. All the service was completed in a little over an hour.

Great manager and techs. Got everything i needed done at a great price and in a timely manner. Not to mention that i dropped 2 cars at once and did not even phase them. Will definately be beinging my cars as well as my families back in the future.

Been to the Cedar Bluff location a few times abs always had a great experience. I do recommend Big O Tires to anyone. You will always get great service, knowledgeable people, and honest advise. I always find their prices competitive with other places so it's easy too choose them. Also this company values vets!!

Very nice staff. They got my car driving like new. Looks like I've found my new shop.

My service was fast and straight-forward. The only issue was that there was no one available to transfer the tires I wanted to purchase from another location (there were only two in house and I wanted to buy four). In the end, I got four lower quality tires (cheaper and more basic), but they should still last me long enough. Everyone there was polite and professional. I would return again, especially as it is so convenient to where I live.

We are from Michigan and we're on our way to Florida when we blew a tire in middle of the night. Went to the store first thing in morning, 7:30 and they were able to bring 2 tires from the warehouse and have us back on the road by 9:00. Very helpful thank you!

The store had a friendly staff, and fast oil change service.
