I have bought tires from Big O before. This visit was not about tires. I had a serious problem and after examination, the young man who was going to repair my truck and the manager discussed everything with me. Basically Big O does not have all of the equipment to fix what was wrong. These men were as nice to me as they could be. I have no problem with any of them....

I will definitely visit again!

Great honest people

The Customer Service I received was phenomenal. Damon took the time to look up correct information after I had incorrect pricing from the website. I am not the easiest person to deal with after having multiple dishonest interactions with other businesses but I found the BOT team to be good humored and patient. After a few days of driving a loud sound and shaking started with my car. I called and was told to come in ASAP, the team was waiting on me and Brandon drove around with me hoping the issue would be duplicated after nothing was found upon inspection. I will definitely be recommending to anyone that needs services. Overall, great experience.

Had the serpentine drive belt replaced and the wait time was very short as the part came quickly and the mechanic finished quickly. In additional I had 4 new tires and an alignment done a couple days later and again I was in and out very quickly and no issues with the belt, tires or alignment. Great service, very knowledgeable employees. While I was in waiting room having tires put on there were 2 people that came in with car problem needing repaired...the service guy went above and beyond to explain the solutions to these issues and offer the least expensive repair first while explaining the more costly options without any pressure trying to push the more expensive option...was impressed that instead of offering only the most expensive option he was upfront and honest with the potential customers treating them with respect, honesty and fairness. Not always the approach at many car repair shops. Highly recommend!!!!

I was a service advisor at a dealership in Knoxville for 8 years with a very good reputation for service. Taking my truck into to someone I don't know makes me have my guard up. Damon from.thw Cedar Bluff location called and said one lug nut would not come off and I gave them the ok to do what it takes and let me know what it cost. I gave them an opening to my wallet. After 10 mins I received a call back they they got it off with no further damage. THAT is trustworthy service. I have since and will be recommending Big O to anyone that will listen! Thanks for the honesty and integrity!

Everyone was great love these guys. But need to work on your website, for one it said it we give you a quote and it doesn't and 2 the stars are over the #. I just wanted to see if there's any deals on oil charges but after you put in all your info it tells you to call.
