Big O Tires

Very comfortable atmosphere. Being a women trying to get service done on your car can sometimes be intimidating. I needed an oil change and asked them to just make sure everything else looked good. Everything they did was explained to me and anything they found that also needed to be worked on they educated me on if it could wait or if it needed to be fixed as soon as possible. I will definitely be bring my vehicles back here for service!

I am so happy that your service center is near where I live. My son from Texas came to visit and he had trouble with his truck. the work he has done on his truck in Texas did not hold up and needed repair. The manager at the Old Cedar Bluff center went to work on how to fix the problem and do it right so Mike could get home with no troubles. My car would not start and the service guy came out , it was the battery. He told me the battery still had warranty on it , I should take it back. I took it back there and got a replacement at no charge. I AM USING THEM FOR ANY SERVICE I CAN, BECAUSE THEY CARING, HONEST AND DO THE JOB RIGHT

I have purchased tires for my Ram and daughters car, rear brake rotors and pads replaced for my KIA, in addition to various oil changes. Every visit has been a great experience. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable, service is excellent and I know that when I take my vehicles in for service it will be done correctly and I will not be ripped off. I have recommended Big O to my co-workers.

This site was very close to my home. Normally, I would go to Fischer Tire, about 10 miles away. I simply thought I would try Big O; I did so, and was very pleased with the service. The young man at the service desk was pleasant and courteous.

The guys at the Knoxville Cedar Bluff location are the absolute best. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else for service. The guys are know what they are talking about and don't try to "sell" you anything that you don't really need. I most certainly trust my vehicles and repairs to Big O on Cedar Bluff!

Very professional and honest. I have been here a couple times when i had a nail in the tire, they plug it without a charge...being a single mom with 3 kids that meant a lot to me. I also came to get my tires balanced when another place did it wrong and wanted to charge me again for their mistake. Also just recently got all 4 new tires from them as again a nail in my tire but this time on my side wall so not able to plug it....i needed tires anyways an they were very helpful. Definitely recommend coming here for service or new tires.

I always use to dread having to take my car for an oil change or any car repairs because I always felt like I was talked down to since I don't know much about cars but I've never felt that way at Big O's on either on my visits. Everyone has always been extremely helpful.

As always service was great and a good job was done.

Can't say more until I see how the servicing affected the operation of my car.

The team here did a great job. I have been in the automotive business my whole adult life and was very impressed how I was treated as a first time customer. Very easy to deal with, up front about services, made me feel like I could trust bringing return business to this establishment. Keep up the great work.
