Very pleased with service. Damon and crew diagnosed issse with suspension on my Mustang. Recommended a great set of tires and shock replacement. Car now drives as good as new.

This was my first visit. I came in 30 minutes before closing on a very hot day. I needed freon and the young man was extremely helpful. He even came back in to tell me how much I needed and the cost before he just filled up the AC. Great service. I will be back.

All around, this was a pleasant quick service for an oil change which also included a free tire rotation. A plus was that Christmas hymns were also being played in the waiting area.

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and the work performed is excellent. Prices are great too! I am a repeat customer and bring all my vehicles to Big O

jumped in last minute for oil change, tire rotation and had them take a look at breaks to see if they needed new pads yet. In and out in 20 minutes. Break were good. They did inform me my alignment was out a little, but I have lifetime alignment where I got the truck I will take it back there. They were not pushy on trying to sell things I may not have needed.

Great experience with the service that all the guys provided at Big O's. they were extremely courteous and professional and super fast.
