Was in and out within 30 minutes for an oil change with no appointment. I was very pleased. I got the 19.99 deal and I had to remind the cashier of the deal that was advertised, but overall great service

They handled my oil change, rotated my tires, and gave me a free alignment all within 1/2 hour. Pleased with their service and promptness!

Great customer service

2 different stores 2 different black stains on light upholstery drivers seat. Was able to shampoo but should not happen.

I was very happy with the service I received and my new tires give me a very smooth ride. I will definitely be going back to Big O in the future for oil changes, etc. Thank you.

I have been coming to Big O Tire for some time now and always get good service. They don't fix things that don't need to be fixed and when I have had work done they have gone above and beyond to make sure it's done correctly and to my satisfaction.

There was a definite disconnect between the team and the customer (me). I was at the shop for over three hours, for a simple 30 minute repair, and communication was virtually nonexistent. I will however remain a loyal customer of Big O, truly respect and appreciate the quality of work performed.

I gave the store all fives meaning outstanding because this survey does not indicate which is poor and which is excellent. My wife and I are new to Tennessee. Everyone at this shop seem to be really nice people I have no complaint's...

I setup and appointment online and when I showed up at the store I had to give them all the information that I had entered online. Once I was done I got the email saying my appointment had been confirmed 2hrs after the appointment had passed.

The shop we visited in Knoxville was incredible and worked within our timeline. If you have to spend thousands on new tires while on vacation its nice to feel confident that your "baby" is being treated well. It didnt hurt that they vacuumed her out too. We were caught off guard but the local Costco tire specialist recommended this speciifc BIG O. He was right!!! Kudos to all that worked on our Ruby Pearl. Blessings, Rick and Tamela Gates

My car was taken in quickly. I was advised along the way. I was asked for my approval along the way. The people seemed knowledgeable. Nothing to complain about. I will be going back to get my fuel filter replaced in my 2000 Mercury Mountaineer.

I've been here three times now and can say I trust the guys and would come back again. Unfortunately, I do have a complaint . A mostly empty bottle of fuel system cleaner was left on my seat, which isn't a big deal, but the cap wasn't completely tightened so it leaked onto my center console. The mess was easy enough to clean up, but it was a mess that shouldn't have happened in the first place.
