Very pleased with service. Damon and crew diagnosed issse with suspension on my Mustang. Recommended a great set of tires and shock replacement. Car now drives as good as new.

I had called in and made an appointment for 2:00 pm the next day and when I got there you had no record of my appointment so I felt I had to wait longer for the service.

This was my first visit. I came in 30 minutes before closing on a very hot day. I needed freon and the young man was extremely helpful. He even came back in to tell me how much I needed and the cost before he just filled up the AC. Great service. I will be back.

Even though the guy was new, when he learned they didnt have my part and had to order it, he should have notified me- after a very long 30+ min wait when I was told a just a couple of minutes to add on the air filter, I had to initiate asking about my car only to be told it would be a much longer wait than I already unexpectedly sat there for..... I left w/o getting the air filter ..... they should not assume that everyone can wait hours for an air filter to be added to the oil change

Damon and his crew are awesome!! Having to deal with unruly customers and IT problems all at the same time delivering excellent service and did a fantastic job!! Well done will definitely recommend and come back to see them at a big O

I got there as soon as store opened and had my car back in about 3 hours with everything I needed done

I first went because it was close to my home and keep going because of the service

Very friendly staff and great service. Took long time for completion but was not an issue due to other errands I had.

All of the times I have been in there the customer service has been stellar and very quick.

Had oil leaking on garage floor the evening after oil change at BigO. Returned the next morning and waited about 30 minutes while they checked oil plug and filter for leaks. They cleaned areas under car and let it run to see if there was a continuing leak. They said the oil must have been dripping from spilled oil from the sloppy filling of the oil reservoir. My concern is their sloppy work that messed up my garage floor and caused a delay in my scheduled activities the following morning. They should have cleaned up under the car before releasing it to me.

I love Big O Tires especially the other location I normally go to but I had to use this store for convenience reason....I always have bad service at this location...they act like they don't wanna be there and then never giving you a start answer when ask about your vehicle...I asked them to look at a few things, they didn't...I despise this store every time I go in I leave pissed....

My overall experience on Friday the 13th of October 2017 was good the employees done everything I asked and was in and out in a very timely manner.

jumped in last minute for oil change, tire rotation and had them take a look at breaks to see if they needed new pads yet. In and out in 20 minutes. Break were good. They did inform me my alignment was out a little, but I have lifetime alignment where I got the truck I will take it back there. They were not pushy on trying to sell things I may not have needed.

They did not replace all my engine cover screws. I wish I would have been told. Since now it rattles and I have to buy more
