Other than waiting 25 minutes into a 12:00pm appointment for service; all was okay! They even repaired a intake vent which had lost a bolt fastener under my engine! No charge as wellIm satisfied

I was very pleased with the service I received! Honesty, integrity is a major part of customer service and this is what I experienced on my first day at Big O! It used to be Car X and I pray that what ever dishonest , greedy,manipulating spirits that were a part of that crew will never enter again!Alex, a really nice young man and the manager, Brandon, reassured me and set my mind at ease of his crew's ability to be honest, trustworthy and give great service. I just recently went into Big O Tires with my wife's vehicle . She had a nail in the tire. Her tires were worn pretty bad and they would not fix it due to another leak which was on the sidewall. I had no time to price compare so I ended up purchasing two new tires . Service as very good . I had no other choice , no time to waste . I was very satisfied with their customer service . I will definitely go back again!

I originally went in for an oil change and mentioned my tire was leaking air at the end of the service I asked if they had fixed my tire and they said that they put a couple patches in it and aired it up but when I got home not 24 hours later the tire was flat again

did not have oil filter not air filter for my car had to wait. no change in register only had $1.00 for s simple oil change i was there too long

Great service and great bunch of guys, took all 3 of my vehicles there the same day. 2 tundra, and a camaro. Recommend you to keep my filters their as I will be returning for future service. I hope that I can purchase my tires their also (price) On the camaro they placed a sticker in windshield but NOT on either tundra for oil change which I like (I look at it to see if mileage ready for service.)

I didn't learn until after they mounted and balanced the tires that the machine isn't equipped for large/heavy tires so in the process of adding balancing weight they used the peel and stick to the inside of my aluminum wheels. Looks terrible and won't use Big O again.

Quick turnaround on the car repair...fair pricing...second experience with this Big O and can highly recommend!!

I saw the mechanic pull my vehicle back to the front of the store after I had been there about 30 minutes. He came in but no one spoke to me about my car so I figured they were just backed up or waiting on something. After about another 40-45 minutes I decided to go up and ask about my car and found out it was ready when they brought it around 45 minutes earlier, but didn't inform me. It was just very frustrating. There was only one other custoner in the store at the time so it wasn't like I was lost in the shuffle. I'll probably be willing to give it another try but my first experience wasn't great.

Staff was extremely knowledgeable and informative of the condition of my vehicle and the things that needed attention in the near future. Very pleased with my service

The manager or owner was @dressing down his employees and we could hear it. Some money was missing. Uncomfortable.

My brakes weren't down to the metal, Big O Tires fixed them right up, and they came and picked me up when my car was done! That afternoon a car slammed on their brakes and my new brakes saved me and my two kids from hitting the other car

Not happy that I charged extra for bringing my own tires, for shop supplies and for paying with a credit card. All this should be included in the price.

The team on Cedar Bluff repaired my A/C system and they did an AWESOME JOB. The staff was very professional in ALL ASPECTS. Highly recommended. They are now my family's go to mechanic.
