Had appointment, but still waited over 30 min before they started on car. Didn't have tire I chose on internet, said they called but I never received call. Ended up buying 2 rear tires- asked for extra tire to be put in car. Almost drove off without it. Just a series of small annoyances. I'm sure this isn't the normal.

You don't stock my oil filter, so you change me extra for that. Then when I commented on that the young man stated it wasn't his call on what they stock. I asked for the antifreeze to be checked answer was they only check the ph. Took it on them selves to check my alignment with out asking me. No other comments on oil change, tire rotation, or anything else. Big difference in first visit and 2nd. NOT HAPPY WITH SERVICE. Rick Clouse 865-382-4162

was quoted $25 per wheel for mount and balance when done was charged $8 for shop supplies wont be back you quote me a price that's what it needs to be when I pay

This is a complicated review. In one sense my experience was horrible. I came at 12:30 to have a serpentine belt replaced, waited 2 hours, left with my children in the car thinking it was fixed, only to have it come off while I was driving and I had to make it back to the shop with no power steering and my car running on it's battery. Come to find out, the wrong belt was installed on my car. Finally that evening at 6 I left with the correct belt installed on my car. The next morning before I was out of my driveway the belt came off again. A part that was broken the first time it came off had to be replaced. The store and Brandon, the manager did everything in their power to make this situation right, from giving us a full refund, to coming to our house to assess the problem the next morning. However, due to the problem that arose after I trusted their expertise to keep my family car safely running, we will likely not return to this store. I do appreciate everything that was done to make this situation right.

Along with the oil change there was to be a rotate and balance of the tires as well as a front end alignment. I purchased the lifetime service for both. After I asked, I was told the the tires were worn more in the back than the front so no rotation was done. ( I get my tires rotated every 3500 to 4000 miles). They did not balance any of the tires. I asked if the alignment was checked and was told yes. Nothing on the paper work I received about the the alignment. Not very happy.

I love the other location and their customer service is awesome. However this location over all was terrible. I was an appointment and was there almost 2 hours. My vehicle was completed and no one was paying attention so I waited for over 45 minutes for nothing. I will never return to this local again.

Had new rims installed. They could not remove one of the TPMS from one of the old rims. They had to break it off. They paid for a new sensor. They could not program it and said it was bad. They ordered a new one and I came back the next day. Again they installed it, but could not program it. So they told me they would order a different style monitor. Came back again for the third time and once again they could not program it and told me I would have to take it to the dealership. Called the dealership and they said it would be $60 to program it. Called Big O back and asked if they would reimburse me for the dealership charge. I was told no, because they were already out $60 for the new sensor (that is not working). They broke my original sensor and replaced, but did not have the ability to program it. I've contacted others who have the same vehicle and went to Discount Tire for new sensors and Discount had no problem programming the sensors. Big O was not willing to fix what they broke completely. Sent me away with a TPMS light on my dash which was not on when I first went there. I will not recommend them nor will I do business with them anymore.

Pulled in at 6:05pm (after close) on Friday with a flat tire. Your team was more than willing to help and change out 2 tires even when I offered to come back next day to handle everything. Outstanding service, great prices. You guys are my tire store and I have and will continue to tell my friends to go to Big O Tires.

Store personnel were arguing and cursing each other repeatedly. They acted as if this were normal. I was sold parts that were at a minimum $70 more expensive than other options that were available from the same local parts supplier. When asked about the cheaper options I was told that on the future I could get them but since my payment was processed I couldn't get the cheaper parts. I'm extremely disappointed in the way the Cedar Bluff, Knoxville, TN location is managed.
