The store did not have a oil filter in stock which required a half hour wait for one to be delivered, could not leave due to the oil and filter being removed

Service was great! Had me in and out very quickly.

3 oil changes with all taking 1 1/2 hours or longer. The most recent time I was the only car when I arrived and when I left. After 1 1/2 hours had tonleace to pick up kids from school so just had them ouold filter on and let me go. No discount offered or apology. Hard to justify continuing to come when can be in and out of other places that are busy in less than an hour.

I have had both my cars serviced there several times. On 2-26-20 I brought my14 Chrysler 300 in for an oil change and tire rotation. It has 78,000 miles on it. I was informed that both my lower control arms were bad and the cost to replace them with labor would be about $800.00. I did not have them do the work. The tires are wearing normally, there's no wobbling, vibrations, or play in the steering. It tracks perfectly straight down the road.. My son owns two larger used car lots. He has his own repair facility with five mechanics and a shop foreman with many years experience in the industry. The foreman put the car up on a lift and he and I inspected the steering and suspension parts of the car. He showed me that everything was very good condition. Nothing needs replacing!.

Took our truck for an oil change and was charged $100 dollars! Ridiculous.....never paid that much before! There was a labor charge ? Seriously? $10 a quart for extra oil? Is this how you treat a long time customer?

Don't buy tires cause you never know when they will close the store. They closed 2 stores since bought tires and when you go to different store and it's free rotation they look for further problems and expense!

I spoke with another mechanic after I left Big O because I was not comfortable with what I had been told about my brakes. As I suspected, the other mechanic told me that I had been taken advantage of, and wasted $32 on services that should not have been done on my car. I will never go back to this group. I also had to wait for over 2 hours to have my brakes inspected when I had a set appointment. To top that I heard mechanics in the bay complaining about working on some of the cars, saying they should be paid more to work on older models. I left feeling unwelcome and taken advantage of.

Where free replacement costs $50, you are charged tax on labor and the people behind the counter lie to your face. Same day service turns into 4 days. Open at 7:30am but no one is there till 7:45, I have to get to work... where they close at 6pm but doors are locked at 5:45. This place is a joke

I took my car and truck in to fix a tire and an oil change. I can not believe that the coupon does not cover the filter, oil and the disposal fee. The bolt was stripped when it was taken out. An emergency plug is what I ended up with. If the technician couldn't get it out he should of asked me and told me the risk and let me make the call. They couldn't find one. I think it was $350 new. I warranty covered my tire at this store but not at the one on Kingston Pike. They didn't have my tire in stock and had to order it but never called me Monday to let me know it was in. I work 3rd shift and stayed up till I called them at 1:00 pm so yeah I'm done. I would of been better going to Jiffy Lube where the oil and filter are covered by the coupon..

Specific conversation- I recall every word said- the gentleman behind the counter says " we recommended front brakes the last time you were in " that statement was a bold face lie. I asked specifically did I need front brakes since you were replacing the rear and was told no they are at 50% - 2 weeks later front brakes are grinding. I wasn't really pissed until the guy straight lied about it. Watch the video he timidly backs away from the counter as he tells the lie like he knows I know the truth or I'm going to attack him. I never raised my voice just calmly disagreed with his statement. I Didn't make a scene. After I get my truck I pull the previous 3 work orders it says on the first work order front brakes completed - Rear brakes purchased? So I calmly go back in & ask about it- he explains clerical error- no big deal. Why all that?? I do expect the work to be done correctly and everything to be upfront and honest. So what happen? I came to buy tires and to check the brakes - you guys upsale me on brakes- great for you guys- more money for you right? Just complete the work and don't lie to me that's what makes it a win for everybody.

The counter person was very professional and appears the take pride in his job. As for the actual service I will not return and will caution others to not obtain service through your business. The technicians that serviced my vehicle broke three out of four of my wheel center caps and when I returned to question this I was told they were like that when I brought my vehicle in for and oil change. They were to the point that one fell off in my hand and more than likely fell off if I had driven more than the 1.5 miles round trip it is from my house to the shop. I was very irritated by this but I do applaud for employees for keeping their cool during my rant. I wish you the best of luck in your effort to stay in business and wish that my experience had been more pleasant.

Before even exiting my vehicle the lovely and charming Brandon met me outside to see what they could do for me, I needed an oil change and everything was painless. Had a wonderful little chat with the owner and before I knew it, my Captain (Aw-LEE-Vaaa) Brody and I were on our way. Clean, reasonable and very customer service oriented. Awesome experience and we will most definitely be back!! Thank you BIG O gentlemen!
