After bringing my Nissan back three times in a day to fix a leaky tire, they told me it was a dirty sensor. It was not! After another month of refilling my tire, I took it to Tire Barn. They informed me my lug nut key was no longer in my car. Your location failed to put it back in my car! I didn't even know there was such a thing or I would have made sure it was put back correctly. Needless to say, I have to now go to the dealership to take off my locking lug nuts and have them fix my tire that you couldn't fix. Very Disappointed!

I asked to check the AC compressor and a car health check, it seems they have no knowledge about the AC. Heavy accent to understand! Worst experience I have. No trustable at all. Will never come back.

They need to make sure my oil plug is completely tightened so it doesn’t leak. This the second time this has happened.

A co worker recommended this place cause the manager siad he would do change our oil for $15. So instead of going to the dealership as usual, where I know my car is taken care of and under warranty I came here. So when I first walk in no one was even there. I had to wait and look for someone before he noticed me and came into the lobby from the garage. So I tell him about my co worker and he says "okay let's take a look at your car" we go outside and he says "it's going to be a little more cause of the oil your car needs. But not too much." He then asks me how I normally pay for at the dealership I told him $40. And he said "oh yeah it won't be that much!" We go back inside then he says "oh it's going to be a little more then I thought and says but I'll give you a $25 discount. But my new total was $55. That already is more expensive then the dealership! But I said okay and I was trying to pay but he said to wait. Time passes they start on my car and he tells me we have a problem. That HE messed up and now it will be $65!! They already started on my car!! What I'm I suppose to say no?!?? I didn't want to pay $25 dollars MORE then I normally pay and the price just keeps changing. I was expecting to pay 15 I ended up paying $50 MORE. so I pay and the guy who was doing my car comes in and asks the front desk guy to pull my car around. He flat out says no I'm busy. I'm sorry to be such an inconvenience to you since I'm a paying customer who just over paid for my oil. At the end of it all they tell me I only got a $15 discount instead of the $25 like the first guy told me. Either way I'm really pissed off this was a complete mess. They kept having to call the manager every five minutes. And there were only two guys there. I'm just really disappointed. And I want my money back. They offered me another discount but I really don't know if I would be coming back. We used to have the cards this business gave us in our lobby but we took them down.

Was quoted a price of 95.00 per tire when I made the appointment. Was charged way more than that after tires were put on. More expensive tires. They were able to go get the correct tires I was quoted and put those on.

I brought it n two cars. My invoice said fluids were topped off on my 2005 Saturn - but the fluids were not topped off. I am not sure if they were topped off on the 2013 Buick. Neither car's electronic oil change light was reset which was a minor inconvenience but the other shop right beside this one resets my oil change light. I own 4 cars & I am a good customer who just tried Big O for the first time and I'm dissappointed. I called the manager and he apologized but did not offer to top the fluids off or do anything for me. So I guess I will have to do it myself This experience was a total Waste of my time.

awful; overcharged $600 and after more than 72 hours, those funds have not made it to my bank. Not sure how suggested services that were not even discussed with me (obviously not approved) and not made to my vehicle, ended up on the invoice. The invoice was not shown to me either, they just took y card and charged it over $900. I caught the error thru my bank's mobile app., then notified the sales associate who took it to the manager. The reversed the charges (and gave me a free oil change card), but no funds yet.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation. When they checked my air filter and I told them I would do it later. They left the air filter assembly unhooked and hanging off. They flattened one part by closing the hood on it. The car was so loud and had a vibration. Got home opened the hood and there it was. Very poor service. Will never go back.

They are making us fool I was there my oil change and rotations and filters I had select there 54.99 included everything what I need. they never rotate the tire I ask twice. I ask why they your rear tire is good so our company policy. so did not rotate the tire. Do Not Trust This Store.

Asked for an oil change and tire balance. Guys came out and said they couldn't get the truck to start. They recommend a fuel filter. Ok, do it. Takes the guy 8 minutes and filter cost $20. I get charged $96 and never get tires balance and oil change. Filter does nothing so I end up towing truck home. The "mechanics" are rediculous, playing around like kids and not even attempting to balance or change oil. Customer service was a joke and they acted as if they didn't give a crap what I wanted or needed.
