The Cedar Bluff location of Big O Tires lost my business as of today and I bought 4 Big O Tires brand new last week. I purchased my fires and was leaving last week when I saw there was a tire pressure light that was on my dash, which I was told to ignore and it would calibrate itself. I did that, for a week. Today I went in to have it looked at and was told that there was no sensor on the wheel. Which they replaced a week ago to the day. The manager reviewed CCTV footage of the tire change and stated they did everything correct and didn't mess up the sensor. I just want to make clear that I'm not at all saying anyone who touched my vehicle damaged it, but if a vehicle comes into a shop, it's the responsibility of the shop to document any issues when the vehicle enters the shop. Everything could've been easily resolved if the manager would've intervened and said everything will be taken care of, which didn't happen. He never really spoke with me or gave me any type of reassurance that the situation was being resolved. With all this being said, I want to acknowledge Thomas and Cameron, the two gentlemen up front who went above and beyond to try and help me in any way that they could. I like my tires that I purchased, but those will be the last, at least from the Cedar Bluff location.

Lack of masks for Covid protection, per Knox County rules. Associate at desk was berated loudly by manager in presence and hearing of patrons - not good personnel management practice. The tone I heard of the discussion was not productive for making the employee feel valued. Employee was new and in a learning period. Experience made me doubt the quality of the manager, his training for that part of his job, and how much to trust advice from him in the future.

Online and signage in the store seem to lead me to believe that there would be a mail in rebate for a tire purchase. The associate said the tires I bought were already discounted. At 650$— not sure about that. But I guess it didn’t matter much bc I purchased 700+$ tires in the fall and did the Mail in rebate form online but never got my rebate card in the mail. Pretty disappointed with that. $50 means a lot to me.

The guys at the Old Cedar Rd. in Knoxville TN 37923 are Great!!They have serviced my car for years now. Oil changes, alignment, even struts shocks etc. My car is a 2007 Nissan Murano with 90,350 miles on it. It has a lot of life yet. I trust the guys at Big O Tires to service and care for my car. and their prices are good also. Nancy Moat

My very first visit several years ago was great! However, over the next couple of years the service has just been so-so. I think after purchasing a vehicle the next most stressful thing is going in for service. Rarely, if ever will you leave without the suggestion of spending an unexpected amount of money for something you were completely unaware of. Although cars and service are necessary, it helps if you have a pleasant and trustworthy experience. My visit yesterday was both! Jennifer brought back all the pleasantries and trust that had been missing. I appreciated her taking the time to explain every part of my service. I think I most appreciated the visual aides. My visit today wasn't quite as stellar. I went in for a full synthetic oil change that was listed at $59.99 and I had a $20 coupon, but somehow the service still cost $74.00. It's not so much the issue of the cost, but an explanation would have been nice. One question; Is there an option for something else on the TV in the waiting area? 2 hours....
