Big O Tires

Really quick service. They showed me the problem with a screw that had penetrated the sidewall of my tire and had a replacement. I was on my way in 15 minutes.

They always take care of us and help us get our fleet back on the road as quickly as possible.

Was just here about a month ago and got excellent service, so went back to have my oil changed. They are always nice and very good prices. So far all the work has been great! I will keep using them for all my future needs!

I bought tires and had oil change, being a single female I am always a little leary of someone may be thinking they can take advantage of me but my oil change was lower than any that I've ever paid for my Lexus and my tires were just what I needed and nothing more next month I'm having my brakes replaced and alignment Big O Tires is now my place to take my car I have told everyone I know they should take their cars there

The Big O guys are great! Very detailed. Very honest. They do a great job communicating what my car needs, when it needs it, and how much it will cost.

I came to the store because I had looked on line for a Car-X store, The Car-X store in my home town in TX had installed a new rear axel in my pick up, just before I came to TN. When I arrived at my parents house in TN. I noticed that the axel seal on the drivers side was leaking. The gentlemen at your store replaced not only the drivers side seal but the passenger side also and the cost was very low(with the military/veterans discount you give). Your staff was very courteous and perfessional.

I was VERY pleased with my most recent visit. My vehicle was serviced in a very timely manner and the car is handling much better than it was before I took it in. TJ, was very courteous and very helpful.

Had been to several tires shops and no one could get the width of tire I needed and staggered sizes. Others could but they said it would be two different manufacturers. So I remembered seeing your store so I stopped in and the guy was very helpful and got my tires ordered. With in a few days they came in. Very satisfied! Will shop here in the future

I came for an oil change and tire rotation. I was informed that rotation was not done because the tires were worn to the replace bar (?). I was also told there was another issue with seals at the top of the engine. I was given a timeline for needing to get new tires and also given suggestion of the order of repairs. I appreciated all the information I was given so I could set priorities. Unfortunately since your company has closed all but one of the stores in the area (and that one is not convenient to my home or work), I have cancelled my account and will be taking my business elsewhere. I have been a customer of NTB and now Big O tires for years and hate having to change but I can't spend 30-45 minutes trying to get to your only available location.
