Big O Tires

Great experience at Big O Tires in Murfreesboro TN. I love veterans helping veterans. Even if it wasn't veterans helping veterans I would still use them for all my tires needs, because of the great service and friendly people there.

Fast friendly. Only problem was the coffee machine period it was coffee in the pot and it was full and floating with mold inside the coffee in the pot. It looks like it hasn't been dumped in weeks

I had a very good experience when I came to Big O's. I just moved here from Missouri where I had purchased all new tires from Big O's there. I thought Big O's was only a tire store but my son, who lives here in Murfreesboro, told me I could also get my oil changed there! Brandi informed my that Big O's is a full service store which I was very happy to hear. I am sure I will be coming back there for all my oil changes and any other auto needs. Great customer service!

The personal were very friendly and talked like we were best friends ....brought to my attention of a problem that should still be under warranty at another shop but they showed me what is was and did not try to force sell anything to me and advised that if the part was no longer warrantied at other shop that these guys would be than happy to fix it for me ....very pleased with service

I could just wait it out in the waiting room while the task was done. Your employee, Troy, was very knowledgeable and friendly. The main thing I did not enjoy was the TV program "True Crime Network".

This was my 2nd time. The lady at the counter the 1st time was top notch made me feel taken care of. (Flat tire) the gentleman heard me say I bought from a small dealer who sold me Road Hazzard but they only have stores in Knoxville. I had been in that area for 5 years not looking to move. Opportunities opened to Nashville so I moved to Murfreesboro... when I was fixed they handed me the keys and said have a nice day....... they honored my road Hazzard from a competitor...... and Earned my business from here out. Just went back for oil change (Best Price in town) they noticed my breaks I had already had them checked and needed but was waiting...... they priced less than a budget place. Went back same day daughters car oil change...... they rotate and balance for free and while doing Manager rolled one tire in that the rubber was almost non existant..... ouch I contact my daughter white the news. Not expecting this she wasn't ready for $$$$$ the owners were in this day and made me such a good deal I bought a new set for her. Now a couple days later taking my son in laws truck for oil change and A/C fix. Great price on a/couple ck/repair too. Yes they didn't charge the repair fee on my tire $15 or more but the gained a family of customers..... Great Marketing of themselves...... Oh ant this franchise is owned by Vetrans. Thanks for that SERVICE too.

They worked with the tire manufacturer to get my replacement discounted since there was a flaw in one of the tires that came on my car from the factory.

I shopped around for the best deal and the sale on my brand and size sealed the deal. Very impressed with the personnel at the store.

On top of great prices the great customer service and honesty is what made this visit so great. I came in for an oil change and breaks and the associate called me to let me know that my breaks were good they just had a bit of surface rust. I appreciate the honesty and not trying to update me. I used to come to Big O for the convenience because I lived close by. I have since moved but will keep going to Big O because of the great experiences I’ve had.
